The Eighth Annual "Oregon Connections Rural Telecommunications Conference" has been scheduled for October 9th and 10th, 2003 at the Riverhouse Hotel and Convention Center in Bend.
Oregon Connections Rural Telecommunications Conference has become the essential statewide event where all of Oregon assembles to talk telecommunications. Conference sponsors include Bend Cable, Northwest Open Access Network Oregon (NoaNet Oregon), Qwest, W & H Pacific, Association of Oregon Counties, Eastern Oregon Telecommunications Consortium, Harney County Telecommunications Committee, Southern Oregon Telecommunications and Technology Council (SOTTC), and the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council.
The Oregon Connections Conference serves as a forum for the exchange of experiences, ideas, and knowledge about rural telecommunications development.
