Heard a lot about Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VOIP)?  Come to the monthly SOTTC Forum May 10th from 12 noon to 2 pm at the Medford Public Library. The location of the library is 205 South Central.  The forum will be held in the Carpenter room.  A Subject Matter Expert will give an overview of what VOIP is, what the difference is between VOIP and VOIP telephony as well as the customer benefits of VOIP.  A "question and answer" opportunity will follow the presentation.
