The duties of the Executive Committee include:

• Making decisions when the full Board is unable to convene;
• Reviewing financials, fiscal oversight and grant management oversight;
• Overseeing the preparation of marketing materials;
• Supervising coordination of membership and sponsor drives;
• Assisting in identifying and cultivating resources.
